Delivery & Returns
Expected turnaround time is 7-10 working days, as all of our products are made to order and are custom for you. But in most cases this can be quicker and this is what we aim for. Estimated delivery times are from the initial turn around time of 7-10 working days. Delivery times are after the completed email has been sent.
UK Shipping
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.
- Free standard shipping (available with all orders) (2-3 days)
- 1st class (no tracking) upgrade (1-2 days) £1.00
- 1st class tracked & signed for upgrade (1-2 days) £4.20
International Shipping
We ship all international parcels via Royal Mail.
- International Tracked (7-14 days) £14.50
*A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been received. And then a email when the product is on it’s way to you.*
All shipping is calculated as the same, weather you are purchasing 1 item or 10 items the postage remains the same
Gifting?
No problem, prices are not included with our orders! (only exception is when shipping worldwide postage, where we have a legal requirement to display the contents and price of each parcel to customs).
Returns
We do not accept returns on our products unless a product is faulty or damaged on our part. If this occurs you will have up to 14 days of receiving your product to return it in its original packaging and unused.
